Charlie Lim Concert
Three years after the release of his critically-acclaimed debut ‘TIME/SPACE’, Foundation-supported artiste, Charlie Lim, staged his first ever solo concert at Star Vista on 7 December 2018, Friday, at The Star Theatre.
In a breakthrough feat for the local artiste, Charlie commandeered an almost sold-out crowd at the 5,000 seat theatre, which has hosted world-class acts like David Foster.
Charlie premiered tracks from his new album as well as re-imagined favourites from his past discography, in a full-fledged headline concert for the first time in 3 years. Together with his superband The Mothership, the show also featured special guests Weish (.GIF), Yung Raja and Fariz Jabba, as well as backing vocals from Vanessa Fernandez (Vandetta, Octover) and Eugenia Yip (The Steve McQueens, Riot !n Magenta).
